Editorial Design
At the Murray Media Group, I design editorial spreads for the magazines as a member of the design team. These help to promote a business, educate us about our community or tell a story.
Stock imagery was sourced to illustrate the articles, a business name was featured if it is being promoted and typographic hierarchy creates readability for the page. Utilizing a three-column layout, type is set according to brand style guides while quotes or excerpts are emphasized to create visual interest.
